About Seaweed Studio
Seaweed Studio is a small, independent clothing brand based in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Each piece is hand screen printed in small batches, drawing inspiration from my three boys, the coastline, local waters, and objects found along the shore. The process is intentionally hands-on — from design to print — resulting in subtle variations that make every item unique.
With a focus on simple graphics, thoughtful placement, and materials that feel good to wear over time. Nothing is mass produced, and quantities are always limited.
Seaweed Studio is about slowing things down — making things carefully, and keeping a connection to where they come from.
My goal is to continue spreading joy through our original, wearable designs.

Why Seaweed?
There’s a bit of history tied to the space.
In the summer of 1971, Beatles producer Sir George Martin lived in this Marblehead home with his family and the band Seatrain (pictured) while producing their album Marblehead Messenger.
The band called the house “Seaweed Studios,” as it was the location of where the album was recorded.
We kept the name — a small connection to the creative work that came before.
